This is a really great apartment in an amazing neighborhood. Just a couple block away from the 72nd street express stop on the 1/2/3. Also just a couple of blocks away from 2 very good markets (including the infamous Fairway), Beard Papas, Grom, Big Nick's, and lots of other delicious places! Being so close to the parks is really amazing, too! The woodwork around the doors (and the doors themselves) is really great! It really is amazing. A broker told us it would be impossible to find an apartment in this neighborhood in our price range, but we did it! And it's been amazing....
